Your data is used solely to generate meeting summaries. Audio recordings are processed for transcription, and transcripts are analyzed by AI (LLM) services to create summaries that are delivered to you via WhatsApp.

Third-Party Services

KraftunAI uses third-party services including Zoom (for meeting access), WhatsApp (for communication), and LLM providers such as ChatGPT (for summarization). These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Once the summary is delivered, data may be deleted according to our retention policies. We do not store your data longer than required.
